Demos 2

ripjoeyfry

Demos 2 (2025)—The most recent release: rich folk influences with warm slide guitar, harmonica flourishes, and open-road atmosphere. Storytelling blended with earthy instrumentals. Nostalgia, wandering, and long summer days. Inspired by Dylan’s ballads and Mac Demarco’s melodies.

You Don’t Know Joe

You Don’t Know Joe (2025)—The sophomore album: floral 60s rock, dreamy guitar, and a revised sound. Stand-out tracks like “I Know” and “Flowers” bring a sunlit sound inspired by Abbey Road, while the reflective detours of “My Love” and “Walls” evoke new beginnings and coming-of-age. Timeless but personal.

Before I Sleep Before I Die (2022)—The first full-length album: eclectic, ambitious, and loud. Late-night rumination turned into early upbeat hits with a mix of starry intimacy and breezy beach-drive sound. The rough-indie sound of Demos refined into a youthful collection of tracks emblematic of ripjoeyfry’s early sound.

Demos (2021)The debut EP: four tracks of spacey indie-rock, dreamy vocals, and lo-fi textures that capture ripjoeyfry’s early, exploratory sound. Intimate lyricism with raw alternative production. The first glimpse at the sound and storytelling that would inform ripjoeyfry’s future projects.
